How credits work

  • 1 creditone captioned video (transcript with timestamps, any export format).
  • 1 creditper 2,500 characters of translation (a full video ≈ 1 credit).
  • 1 creditper 90 seconds of AI transcription for videos without captions (a 3-minute video ≈ 2 credits).
  • 1 creditone AI video summary.
  • ResetFree accounts reset on the 1st of each month. Paid plans reset one month after your purchase date.

FAQ

What happens when I run out of credits?

The next job simply doesn’t start — nothing is deleted. You can upgrade (or just wait for the monthly reset).

Can I change or cancel my plan?

Anytime, in the Stripe portal linked above (or via “Manage subscription”). Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated; cancellations run until the end of the paid period.

Do unused credits roll over?

No — credits reset each month to your plan’s amount. It’s “allowance, not a balance”.

Why is the Business plan unlimited?

If you’re processing hundreds of videos a month, per-credit billing gets in the way. One price, no metering — and the same features as every other plan.
